Women, trans and femme identified persons have traditionally not been as welcome in a shop setting and may be deterred from learning how to perform maintenance on their own bike due to past experience or societal precedents. The aim of WTF Night (Women, Trans, Femme) is to break down these barriers, and provide a safe space for anyone who identifies as such to ask questions, receive instruction and become oriented to the shop.

This event is held ever Thursday from 5:30 P.M.- 8:30 P.M.

We are always looking for new volunteers to help with this event, and hopefully we can add more Mondays soon! The event is structured as such:

5:30 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.: Open Shop- Bring in your bicycle to work solo, or with staff
7:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.: Workshop of the Month
7:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M.:  Questions regarding the workshop

We will have a different workshop for each month with a range of difficulty. Please check back for announcements on the upcoming workshop.

These workshops will start promptly at 7 P.M, and are FREE, though if you do have money to donate to keep our space and this program running we appreciate it. We encourage you to bring your own bicycles (BYOB).

You are still welcome to come and ask questions that do not pertain to the selected workshop before 7 P.M. If you would like to help volunteer during WTF Night, please contact Shaina at shaina@ragandbonesrva.org

**Note: If you want to participate in Bike Co-op events and do not identify as woman, trans, or femme please come to one of our other open hour days that happen EVERY Tuesday from 5-9pm and Sunday from 12-5 pm where everyone is welcome, including men, women and all other gender identities. Thank you for your support.**
