Featured Artists & Makers

The community cafe space serves as a storefront that features local Richmond makers and artists. We love to support community, and will host a featured artist for two months at a time. During that time, we will advertise their art and craftsmanship, sell featured products of their choice out of our cafe, and advertise them online and in the shop. We do this to support local art and to bring a variety of community members into the space.

If you would like to apply to be a featured artist, please fill out the form below. We’ll get back to you about availability for residency. We have decided as a collective that we will gladly sell your art without taking a percentage. However, our main goal is to foster an environment of skill-sharing, so we ask that you teach a short Sunday workshop on something related to your process, your art, or on a topic of interest to your fanbase. You may charge whatever sliding scale fee you like for this workshop, and we will help promote it in the space and online as well as assist you! With product and workshop pricing we want to remind you that we focus on keeping bikes accessible, so affordability to the neighborhood is something to consider.
